The Fund seeks long-term real return (total return after inflation) through current income and long-term capital appreciation. It invests at least 80% of net assets in real assets and real asset companies, mainly private real estate funds, non-traded REITs, and real estate debt securities (residential and commercial mortgage-backed and asset-backed). The mandate also permits infrastructure, timberland and farmland (including through wholly owned Sub-REITs), private real asset debt, and precious metals through a Cayman subsidiary. A sub-adviser runs a structured credit sleeve. Fund borrowing is capped at 33 1/3% of total assets.
