Invests primarily in stabilized, income-generating commercial real estate in the United States and, to a lesser extent, outside the United States, and to a lesser extent in real estate debt investments (at least 80% real estate / up to 20% debt and cash per investment guidelines). Investment selection draws on Blackstone’s real estate platform, market information, and industry relationships.
