Feeder partnership that invests offering proceeds in Alliance Energy Fund 2023-A, LP (AEF-23A), which invests in the 2023 oil and gas drilling program of Mewbourne Energy Partners 23A, L.P. (horizontal wells, Permian and Anadarko Basins). The Managing Partner has sole discretion over allocation, may place up to 20% in non-operating minerals and royalties, and may make other investments.
