UC Multifamily Equity I LLC raises equity to invest through Urban Catalyst Operating Partnership LLC, which wholly owns UC Madera Owner, LLC, the owner of a site at 498 W. San Carlos St., San Jose, California (0.7 acres). The Project is a planned 272-unit, 8-story Class A multifamily building: construction Q3 2024 to Q3 2026, stabilization Q4 2027, with sale intended one to two years after stabilization. Total development budget is $139,631,647, funded by Company equity, equity from affiliate Urban Catalyst Opportunity Fund I and an $87.3M construction loan with no commitments obtained.
