Perpetual-life, NAV-based non-traded REIT that seeks regular, stable distributions, capital preservation and appreciation by investing primarily in stabilized, income-oriented commercial real estate in the U.S. across industrial, healthcare, multifamily, grocery-anchored retail, single-family housing, office and self-storage, complemented by European and Asia-Pacific core real estate (directly and through Nuveen-managed International Affiliated Funds), commercial mortgage loans, and a liquid CMBS/listed REIT securities sleeve maintained largely to fund monthly repurchases. Targets at least 80% of total assets less cash in properties and real estate debt and up to 20% in real estate-related securities.
