Self-administered, self-managed REIT that acquires, owns, manages and operates commercial real estate, primarily industrial properties, in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, North Carolina and Florida. Substantially all properties are on long-term net leases. As of 6/30/2026 it owned 51 properties (about 6.7M sq ft on about 448 acres), 95% leased to 63 tenants, plus a 50% JV interest in a Piscataway, NJ industrial building. Stated objectives: stable cash flow, preservation of capital, income growth and enhancing stockholder value; it may divest assets and redeploy capital in focus markets.
