Seeks current income and, secondarily, long-term capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of net assets plus borrowings in equity and debt of private infrastructure assets. Exposure is built mainly through directly acquired originated investments, co-investments and single-asset secondaries rather than fund commitments, across transportation, digital infrastructure, energy and energy transition, social infrastructure and supply chain assets, principally in North America and Western Europe. Core-plus and value-add risk profiles dominate, with some core and limited opportunistic exposure.
