Seeks to produce current income by allocating across a wide array of credit strategies. Under normal conditions at least 80% of net assets plus borrowings goes to private credit instruments, including first-lien, second-lien and unitranche loans, CLO debt and equity, asset-backed and significant risk transfer positions, and interests in private credit funds, with up to 20% in government and municipal obligations. The Adviser allocates among itself and its sub-adviser, Palmer Square, across direct lending, structured credit, opportunistic credit and asset-based lending.
