Strategy Overview

Maryland non-traded REIT formed in 2016 to own student and senior housing. After selling its last student property in July 2024 it owns four senior housing communities (604 units; Courtyard in Portland OR and three in Utah) in a RIDEA structure run by unaffiliated operators. Growth is dormant, the offering ended in 2021, and no liquidity event, redemptions or distributions are in place. About 97% of $101.8M of fixed-rate debt matures in 2028.
