The Fund seeks current income and, to a lesser extent, long-term capital appreciation through a flexible mandate that dynamically allocates across alternative credit, led by asset-based finance (consumer and small business, commercial, financial and real estate collateral) and, to a lesser extent, other credit with a private focus: non-sponsored corporate credit, capital solutions, liquid securitized credit and liquid credit. At least 80% of net assets plus investment borrowings is invested in Alternative Credit Assets. There is no limit on duration, maturity or credit quality, and the Fund may hold below-investment-grade and first-loss positions. Leverage is used for investment purposes; derivatives are intended for hedging.
