A tactically constructed portfolio of global private infrastructure exposure built through direct co-investments, equity and debt investments in portfolio companies, and secondary purchases of interests in infrastructure funds and assets, generally alongside an experienced sponsor, joint venture partner or operating partner. Under normal circumstances at least 80% of net assets plus borrowings is committed to infrastructure investments, with sector latitude spanning energy, telecom, renewables, transport, power, social and environmental infrastructure. The Fund invests globally with an emphasis on North America and Western Europe, targeting core-plus and value-add risk profiles plus other opportunistic investments.
