Continuously offered, perpetual-life interval fund seeking high risk-adjusted returns across market cycles with a focus on current income. It invests across the global credit spectrum through four sleeves: corporate direct lending to middle-market companies, asset-based finance (including CLO debt and equity and other asset-backed securities), opportunistic and distressed credit, and more liquid credit. The Adviser oversees allocation, leverage and risk; day-to-day portfolio management is delegated to the Bain Capital Credit sub-adviser. Liquidity is limited to quarterly repurchase offers.
