The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of net assets, plus investment borrowings, in direct or indirect infrastructure exposure: minority co-investments in private infrastructure companies alongside third-party sponsors, usually through SPVs; private infrastructure credit; primary and secondary stakes in private infrastructure funds; and listed infrastructure securities. It invests globally, mainly in developed markets, across energy, power, communications, transportation, social, water and waste. Borrowing is allowed within 1940 Act limits; derivatives are not a principal strategy.
