The Memorandum states the Fund's objective is to generate current income. Under normal conditions it invests at least 80% of net assets in senior loans (first and second lien term loans, delayed draw term loans and revolvers) to U.S. middle-market borrowers, all below investment grade, USD only, with maturities up to nine years and a buy-and-hold approach. It may hold small equity co-investments and subordinated debt. Loans are sourced by Adviser and affiliate personnel and co-invested with affiliates under SEC exemptive relief. Since March 1, 2026 an affiliated subadviser, Comvest Credit Advisors LLC, executes the strategy. Borrowing is limited to short-term liquidity needs.
