The prospectus states the Fund seeks to generate income and, to a lesser extent, long-term capital appreciation. It invests primarily in collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), structured notes and warehousing facilities that finance pools of mostly first lien senior secured, below investment grade corporate loans, across CLO debt tranches and CLO equity. An August 10, 2026 supplement caps CLO equity at 10% of net assets at purchase from on or about October 1, 2026 (about 14% at the supplement date). The Fund may borrow up to 33 1/3% of total assets; it reported no borrowings at August 31, 2025.
