The prospectus states the Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation. It invests at least 80% of net assets in private market investments, with about 90% of assets intended for Investment Funds managed by GCM Grosvenor and Fisher Lynch Capital in roughly equal amounts and about 10% in liquid securities for cash management. Those funds hold buyout and growth equity co-investments and secondaries, mainly in U.S. companies. The Fund does not intend to buy primary fund interests. It targets no more than 25% in any one underlying investment and does not intend to concentrate in one industry. Borrowing is limited to repurchases and working capital, within the 1940 Act limit.
