The prospectus states the Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation through exposure to venture capital and private equity. It intends to invest primarily in equity of private operating companies, mainly mid- and late-stage venture-backed and middle-market private equity-backed companies, bought directly, through co-investments and in secondary transactions. It targets sports and athletics: minority stakes in teams and leagues, sports technology, sports-linked hospitality and real estate, and sports healthcare. Up to 15% of net assets may go to private funds. A fundamental policy concentrates the Fund in technology and technology-related industries. Ramp-up to a primarily invested portfolio may take up to two years.
