The prospectus states the investment objective is long-term capital appreciation. The Fund invests in private equity, private credit and other private assets, focusing on buyout and growth equity and private credit, and opportunistically in real assets, infrastructure and venture capital. Exposure is gained through secondary investments, co-investments, primary fund investments and private credit investments. At least 80% of net assets (plus borrowings) are invested in private market investments, with the balance in liquid assets to support quarterly repurchases.
