Strategy Overview

The Prospectus states the Fund's investment objective is to seek long-term capital appreciation. The Fund invests at least 80% of its assets in venture capital and growth-stage companies through secondary purchases of interests in venture and growth funds, direct co-investments alongside lead sponsors, and primary commitments to Portfolio Funds, with the balance in cash and liquid assets. It is concentrated (more than 25%) in technology. At 8/31/2026 the invested portfolio was 62% secondaries and 38% direct co-investments, 51% late-stage and 78% information technology (Fact Sheet). The Fund is non-diversified and sets no single-position limit.
