Privately offered, perpetual-life BDC that lends to large, private equity-backed U.S. companies (EBITDA generally above $75 million). The portfolio is almost entirely first lien senior secured, floating rate loans, mostly term loans with some delayed draw and revolver commitments, aiming for current income with some capital appreciation and an emphasis on preserving capital. Deal flow is sourced through the Jefferies investment banking platform, and the Fund co-invests alongside other Jefferies Finance accounts under SEC exemptive relief. Fund-level leverage runs through a bank facility and two CLO financings.
