The Fund seeks current income while preserving capital and, to a lesser extent, capital appreciation. It lends mainly through floating-rate senior secured first lien loans to U.S. middle market companies, defined as EBITDA of $35 million to $100 million, and to a lesser extent second lien, last-out unitranche and other credit, sometimes with warrants or small equity stakes. The book mixes privately originated loans with broadly syndicated loans, and draws on the wider Onex Credit platform for sourcing and research. As of June 30, 2026 it held 43 companies, about 98% in debt, with 99% of commitments at floating rates.
