The prospectus states the Fund seeks attractive risk-adjusted returns primarily from current income and, to a lesser extent, capital appreciation. It invests at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in Credit Instruments: corporate and structured credit across public and private markets, including income-producing hard-asset leases, and may also hold preferred and common equity, swaps and options. At March 31, 2026 the portfolio was 21 BB- and B-rated CLO debt tranches. The Fund sold all portfolio investments on May 15, 2026 and repurchased about 98.6% of its shares; the sub-adviser was removed June 1, 2026 and no successor has been named.
