KB Lincoln, DST owns a single truck stop and travel center in Lincoln, Alabama, operated under the TA Travel Center franchise. The site covers about 19 acres along AL-77 near Interstate 20 and includes a travel center with a convenience store and Popeye's, a truck service building, two fuel canopies, CAT scales and truck parking. The Trust master leases the property to a Sponsor affiliate, which subleases it on a triple net basis to LV Petroleum, LLC, an affiliate of the seller, for 20 years. LV Petroleum is responsible for a planned renovation. Investors receive monthly distributions of master lease rent, net of Trust expenses and reserves. The Trust carries no debt.
