Griffin Capital Tulsa BTR DST owns Meadow + Main (formerly Trulo Homes Jenks), a 138-home build-to-rent community on about 15.5 acres in Jenks, Oklahoma, in the Tulsa metro, built in 2022 and 2023. The trust bought the property from an unaffiliated seller in January 2026 and leases it to a sponsor-affiliated master tenant, which subleases the homes to residents and has hired a Greystar affiliate to manage the property. The sponsor plans interior, exterior and common area upgrades funded from trust reserves, aims to grow rents and occupancy, and targets a sale within roughly five to ten years.
