Our Process

  • Pre-Launch: In this initial phase we consult with the asset manager/sponsor on matters of program structure, deal terms, third party vendor relationships and rollout strategy. We utilize our 21 years of experience to help guide investment program construction and implementation in hopes that the program is acceptable and well received by the maximum number of parties. At the end of the day, a poorly structured program with a poor launch strategy doesn’t benefit anyone.
  • Due Diligence Phase: Our due diligence process is an efficient, collaborative process refined over more than 2 decades of reviewing thousands of investments programs and sponsors. While our process will always remain an independent and impartial one, we believe in the value of transparency in our process and open and candid communication with the sponsor. We provide every sponsor with the opportunity to address any concerns we may raise during our process and allow sponsors to review our report for factual accuracy prior to finalization.  
  • Distribution and Visibility: Once due diligence is complete, we move to the final stage. Here we create the applicable ALTSeek elements and prep for ALTSeek exposure, post sponsor content on ALTSeek and announce report availability to our distribution list.
